I was delighted to find the band in platinum, as not all sellers offer this. I bought it as a stacking ring, not as a wedding band, and it goes perfectly with my lab diamond solitaire. In the near future I intend to get another one for the other side of the solitaire.

Return and Exchange Policy
Free returns and exchanges within 30 days if there is a quality problem. Full refund or exchange is supported.
If you wish to return an item for any other reason than a quality issue, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the returned item(s). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. All items must be unworn original items.
Please note that products that have been exchanged once will not be eligible for a second exchange or refund if there is no quality problem.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase with no penalty.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the total cost of the order.
If the item has already been shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return and will be subject to our Return Policy.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Warranty Policy
We offer a lifetime warranty for all our jewelry products. Free repairs are available within one year of purchase if there are any quality issues.
After the first 12 months, we may charge a small fee for repairs or replacements based on the damage and material costs.
Please note that our warranty doesn't cover normal wear and tear, loss, theft, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
Custom and Personalized Orders
We are delighted to accept customized and personalized orders. Feel free to share your ideas or inspirational images with us to receive a quote.
Please note that we retain the right to market customized products. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect upon receipt, in which case we will create a new product.
Installment Payment Policy
A minimum payment of $100 per installment is required.
Production will commence only after we receive your first payment.
Your order will be shipped once the full balance has been completed.
