When my mom had a stroke, I suddenly found myself responsible for medications, appointments, equipment, paperwork, home health, phone calls—and a hundred other things I knew absolutely nothing about.

I went looking for something practical that could help me keep it all straight. I couldn’t find what I needed.

So I made it.

What began as a way to survive caregiving quickly became something bigger. Caregiving isn’t the only part of adulthood that comes without a damn manual. We’re constantly handed new responsibilities, complicated decisions and overwhelming piles of information—and somehow expected to know what to do with all of it.
