Can I alter a design? I like a product but would like something else printing on the item

We print all our items in house ourselves and so we can sometimes change colours, wording and pictures printed. As long as the design your looking for does not breach any copyright laws. Some artwork may require time to be done and so at busy times this may not be possible

I would like something printing you do not have in your listings is this possible?

Of course. We always welcome customers ideas. In fact we love to bring our customers ideas to life

I need my item urgently. Is this possible?

Our workload can be busy at peak times however we will always do our best to meet your needs so if you need an order processing urgently please message us first with the following details:

The item you are looking to order
The sizes if applicable
The print colour/style
The date you require the item for
Where in the world you are

This information will allow us to check our stock and check if we are able to meet your needs with postal services to your destination

Gift wrapping and packaging

Most of our items get shipped in cardboard boxes that can be reused or recycled. However we do still use a small amount of plastic packaging bags where we feel your item is better protected in plastic to prevent it from the elements on it's way to you
