HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY DIGITAL FILE?
➤Etsy Account Holders: Access downloads via your Etsy Profile > Purchases or www.etsy.com/your/purchases. Your downloads will include a PDF with a link to Google Drive with all of the artwork sizes, plus 4 of the sizes will be immediately direct from Etsy.
➤Guest Purchases: An email from Etsy contains your download links.
➤Etsy App Users: Currently, downloads directly through the Etsy app are not supported. Log into www.etsy.com via a web browser, visit "Purchases," and select "Download Files."
WHICH FILE SHOULD I USE FOR PRINTING?
➤The listing description includes available sizes and a guide for selecting the correct file based on your desired print size.
➤The largest file size is provided for each print ratio, e.g. if you need A2 then use the A1 file, so there are 20+ sizes you can print.
CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM SIZE?
➤We offer one free resize per listing, excluding certain items (e.g., TV art, split panel sets, square dimensions). The turnaround time for resize requests is 2-3 business days.

WHAT IS THE BEST PAPER FOR PRINTING?
➤You could opt for a photo-finish paper such as Gloss or Lustre but for more of an ‘art’ finish and a timeless look we recommend using a heavyweight, matte, or lightly textured fine art paper. Brands like Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta, Epson Exhibition Fiber, and Moab Entrada Rag Natural are recommended.

➤NO COMMERCIAL USE: The artwork cannot be used for commercial purposes. This means no selling the printed artwork or using it in a commercial setting or web site.
➤You are welcome to: print the artwork you've purchased for your PERSONAL USE ONLY - to decorate your home or office.
➤No Sharing or Redistribution: Sharing the digital files with others, or redistributing the artwork in any form (digital or printed) for commercial use or resale, is not allowed.
