We respect every customer's opinion, but we also believe reviews should be based on an actual product experience. In this case, the order was canceled before shipment at the customer's request, and a full refund was issued immediately. Since the item was never received, we are saddened that our effort to resolve the matter quickly resulted in a negative review.
