Sizing details
I don’t want to confuse you with a bunch of different dimensions and measurements.
I keep it simple.
Our socks fit men sizes 8 through 12 and women sizes 7 through 10.5.
The socks also fit kids sizes but I’d recommend you ask me the size you intend to use them for so I can better serve you.
Care instructions
Turn socks inside out before washing to prevent snags.
Machine-wash polyester in warm water, using an all-purpose detergent. Use a chlorine bleach if necessary. Fabric softener will reduce static electricity.t
White polyester fabric will look even whiter if you soak it overnight in a mixture of 1/2 cup automatic dishwashing detergent and 1 gallon warm water. Launder as usual, but add 1/2 cup vinegar to the final rinse.
Tumble-dry at a low temperature setting. Do not overly dry polyester; this will cause gradual shrinkage.
Press polyester fabrics at a moderate temperature setting, or use steam.
Gift wrapping and packaging
This is one of my favorite sections because it is with our gift wrapping that you can stand out from anyone gifting anything in this entire universe!
Our gift wrapping includes a craft paper pill box filled with crinkle paper, our packaged custom socks and a ribbon.
Make sure to add a gift message with your order to make it even more memorable!

Return/Exchange Policy
I give my best effort when hand-making every single order. However, I am human and make mistakes after all. In the event that you find an ink stain or the order not meeting your expectations, reach out to me and I will make it right.
I always look for win-win situations and will do all that it is my power to make you happy!
Shipping Transit Time
All US orders get free USPS First-Class shipping. Our items ship out of Los Angeles, CA so turnaround can be 1-3 days depending on your location.
International orders cost anywhere between $25-$35 USD and can take anywhere between 22-30 business days to arrive.
Do You Provide Proofs?
Proofs are available upon request and available depending on work volume
How Do I Place an Order?
First, choose the amount of different faces you’d like decorated on the product. Note that this is not the total number of times the faces will be decorated on the product but just the amount of different faces that will be decorated as an all-over print pattern.
Second, choose your background color! See a wide selection of patterns and background colors to be used as the background of the face pattern.
Third, checkout! Get to the checkout window, add gift wrapping to make it extra special and add an optional gift message!
Fourth, start an Etsy message with my store and attach the images there or send them via email at hello@undisputedbrandworks.com with the order #
How Do I Upload My Photos?
You customize your product, get to the checkout page, pay for the order with your hard-earned money and none of these steps allows you to upload your custom photo!
I totally get it.
All you need to do is start an Etsy conversation with me, look for the photo in your mobile device and upload it as is. No cropping, no editing, no nothing. I take care of the rest for you!
You can also email the photos after checkout using your order confirmation number as the subject to gian@undsptdla.com
What Does Amount of Different Faces Mean?
The “Amount of Faces” option in our listing will determine the amount of different faces we will decorate on the socks as an all-over print.
Example:
If you choose 3 in the “Amount of Different Faces” option, you will need to submit 3 different faces which will then be decorated all over the socks!
I do get questions from customers sometimes thinking that the “Amount of Faces” determines the total amount of times the face will be decorated on the socks. Please note that this is not the case.
