TL;DR - My mom and grandma taught me to knit, sew, and crochet. My interest in crafting only grew from there, and now, here I am with my own little shop of handmade goodies! :]

U-Neek Style came to life after I (finally) made a decision to open up a shop to share my craftiness with the world. I also thought it would be interesting to experience owning my own business and being my own boss.

My mom and grandma taught me how to sew, knit, and crochet at the age of 7, and my interest in crafts skyrocketed from there. Most of the tools I use to create the pieces in my shop were passed down to me from my grandma and my mom. A few new tools I added to my collection were bought by me. I hope to be able to pass the tools and knowledge down to the next generation!

What's most U-Neek about me and my creations is that I don't use patterns to craft. I create my pieces simply by visualizing what I want to create and then figuring out how to bring that idea to life. Thus, my pieces are truly one-of-a-kind (OOAK) -- unless someone else in the world has chanced upon the same idea! Even then, the "same" pieces I have are different in their own way either by size, color, or number of stitches (since I don't keep track).

Since I love experimenting with and trying new crafts, you'll find that my shop has a variety of pieces to choose from! But, don't worry, even though I make pieces pattern-free and through my love of experimenting with new crafts, each piece I make for my shop are made with the highest quality crafts[wo]manship and materials. Also, the pieces in my shop are pieces that I have made a second time (I always keep my original pieces for memories of pieces that my two hands can create.), so you can rest assured that any piece you purchase from my shop won't have any defects.
