Very comfortable and easy to use

This text review is obligatory and I don't like it.

Even though I ended up returning the product - because it could not solve the problem in my knees that nothing (but a surgery) can solve - I am realizing it now - I loved every bit of it! So well made, and I hope more people will acquire to avoid torquing their knees in seated postures. After blowing both of my medial meniscuses in meditation posture, I became highly aware of how sitting with knees hanging in the air is not ok, especially if we meditate for longer times. These blocks are indispensable for long sits and I wish my knees could be helped by them but I am afraid my knees are forever against being in external rotation + flexion and no blocks can ever help (repair the meniscus tissue that gets easily agitated when it is placed in any position that "reminds" it how it was injuired in the first place).

Absolutely love it and will take it to my next silent retreat.

Didn't come as quick as expected, but good customer service and product is sturdy and was easy to assemble. Will be a good bench for meditation and prayer.
