The processing time is the length of time I need to get an order ready to ship. Processing your order is what happens in the time between when you place the order and when the order is shipped

Every item ordered from this shop is individually designed, handmade, and packed by yours truly. The processing timeline begins after your order is complete and your payment has gone through successfully.

If you are purchasing a product that needs to be personalized (names, dates, titles, initials, dates, states, etc.), all necessary details should be mentioned in the "Add your personalization" box on each listing page. Additional communication about the order can be left as a Note to Seller box upon checkout.

>> All orders are shipped via First-Class Mail® (2 - 6 days) or Parcel Select® (2 - 9 days) unless otherwise upgraded during checkout. If you selected our free standard shipping option, please allow 2 - 9 business days for delivery once the order has shipped.

>> Choosing an upgraded shipping option does not affect the order's processing time.

>> All purchases include a tracking number (except for vinyl decals). You will get the order tracking information via email once the order has shipped.

>> Unique + Greek Studio is not responsible for late deliveries or lost/damaged items caused by mail courier services such as USPS

- Sign in to Etsy.com or the Etsy app
- Click on your account icon at the top of the page
- Click on "Purchases and Reviews"
- Find your order and the shipping status will be listed to the right of it.

Don't have an Etsy account?
If you purchased an item using a guest checkout, you will receive a confirmation email once the order has shipped. Current order processing times are listed at the beginning of this FAQ list.
