If you have a custom order that requires sending a picture please send it via "Etsy Conversations" which can be found in the upper right hand corner of the top of the screen, Click "you" then "conversations"! There, in the lower right screen of the conversation will be an "attach image" button or a camera icon to take the photo.

Handwriting, drawings, fingerprints, paw prints ect should be send in dark black ink or dark colored. Chances are, that our graphic designers can restore any photo you send however given rare instances we may need you to resend the photo.

Yes! For custom orders we will send you a proof via "Etsy Conversations" for layout and spelling purposes. You will need to approve these proofs before we can proceed. Not all custom orders require a proof so please read the listing descriptions.

Please send them written in black ink or dark colored ink against a white background, if possible. Please do not send drawings or handwriting in crayon. Whatever you send we will to try our best to make it work. Please take big high resolution photos if possible.

We can combine multiple images of handwriting for one piece too, fyi :)

If you have them already you can simply take a high quality photo and send it to us via "etsy conversations" where you can attach the file.

Or you can take a pencil and draw a rectangle shaded in dark with pencil, then rub your finger in it good. Then, put your finger on a piece of clear tape and peel off- then put it on a white sheet of paper! You can take a photo of that and send. Also, if this is for a memorial keepsake, you can have the funeral home send you the fingerprints they took by emailing them to you, or to us directly. Our email is customerservice@anomalycreationsanddesigns.com.

We don't have a specific number of characters due to handwriting differences such as style, script and size of the writing. You can send it to us and our graphic designers will let you know if it fits! We usually try to make anything fit that you want on there, however if a different shape pendant would aesthetically fit your text or drawing best, we will recommend a different shape to fit your handwriting.

You can submit any language, handwriting or drawings.
