As a playful girl in the 1980’s, my mother taught me how to make beautiful jewelry with beads in my playtime. It had always put a bright smile on my face and it somehow started my passion for jewelry making.

Started in 2001, I worked my dream job as a fashion jewelry designer in New York City. For about 13 years, I was passionately working with beads and supplies every day and gradually developed a unique scene in this industry.

In 2013, with two angel-like baby girls in my arms, I decided to take a leap of faith by resigning my day job and open my own Etsy store, Unique Beads NY.

Through Unique Beads NY, I am providing not just pretty but unique jewelry components, top quality supplies at the most competitive price. Beads are all directly come from manufacturers. Almost all of our plating/ polishing job is done in New England area so you know it is of great quality that you can trust.
