The total order amount must be paid in full before work begins on your paper cut.
If the order is cancelled after the design phase has begun, a 50% charge will be required as the designing process is just as time consuming as the cutting and as each design is tailor made to you it will not be viable to re-use the cut for anyone else.

I do my best to make sure that your cut reaches you in perfect condition. Unframed cuts will be sent in a cardboard backed envelope, Framed cuts are wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap and a board over the glass for extra protection. If a frame is broken in transit please get in touch as soon as possible with photographic evidence of the breakage and/or damaged packaging and i will replace the frame.

Many of my designs are hand cut to order unless it states otherwise in the description so please allow plenty of time when ordering, if you know a specific date of when you would like your item by please let me know and i will let you know if i can reah that timescale.

As you can imagine, Christmas time is a very busy time for crafters so please allow the maximum amount of time to get your requests/orders to me. If there will be any delays in your order I will contact you immediatley, I will keep you up to date with your order throughout the designing and cutting process.

Please ensure that any names, spellings and dates are correct when ordering, Being hand cut, any alterations will usually end up in the cut having to be started over again.


Cancellation policy - Cancellations will incur a 50% charge without exception.

Templates - If you have bought a template from me with personal use rights please do not sell the template or finished product on and please credit Keepsake Cuts when showing the cut.

If you have bought a template with commercial rights you cannot sell the template but you are free to sell the finished cut as you wish, please credit Keepsake Cuts on doing so
