When will my order ship?
Most custom orders will be ready to ship in less than a week with very few exceptions. Check the item's listing or my shop announcement for the most accurate ship times. there is no exchanges or returns on all custom orders.
Care instructions
I highly recommend that you hand wash and air dry your knits to preserve their integrity for years to come.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Gift wrapping and personal greetings cards available at checkout. Personalized note and tissue paper are always free of charge and can be added to your order upon request.
Sizing details
Sizing details are shown in every listing, please contact me if you need additional information. I typically carry hats for heads sized between 19" up to 26" . If your head size falls outside of those measurements, not to worry! Consider having a special order made! I can make them any size you need!

CANCELING ORDER
If you need to cancel an order please do so in 24 hours after the purchase was made and let me know that via Convo.
Once your order is shipped it can't be cancelled because it is at USPS facility and not with the seller. (shipping charges are NOT refundable). When free shipping was offered - cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Generally speaking, for hygienic reasons, I do not accept returns, but please, if you are in any way unhappy, please feel free to message me first! I stand by our work, and will make it right!
My goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. I stand by my items and make every effort to describe them properly and offer clear photos. There is no returns or exchanges on items on SALE, and all Halloween, Christmas, marches/special events and any other seasonal holiday after an actual event or holiday.
When free shipping was offered cost of shipping paid by me will be deducted from your refund (including returns due to incorrect address provided by buyer) .Buyer will be responsible for re-shipping cost and cost of return.
HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HEAD
Use a soft tape measure (like the kind found in a sewing kit) to measure around your forehead about an inch and a half (about two fingers width) above eyebrows at the front, just above the tops of your ears at the sides, and just above the base of your skull at the back, on me its about three fingers from where the neck joint meets my head. This is the measurement you want to stick closest to when selecting your hat. If you fall on a 1/4" or 3/4" mark, I recommend rounding down to the nearest inch to allow for stretch.
