Since the ring is narrow the engraving is small to read by eye but when taking a photo you can zoom and see it perfectly. it's a nice touch to make the ring more personalized. I appreciate that they sent me a photo after completing to make sure I was happy with it.

Custom Order
The ring can be customized. If you wish to custom a ring, please share your idea or pictures with me. I would be really happy to work with you!
Please note that custom ring is non-returnable and we reserve the right to shelve and sell customized items.
Sizing details
Any size is doable. For sizes greater than 9, you'll need to add a large size order for each ring(engagement ring and wedding band). Because a larger ring consumes more gold.
Return Policy
**** If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days after receiving the item. If the product itself has no quality problems, each ring will be deducted $150.
**** The following items can't be returned or exchanged: custom or personalized orders, engraved rings and rings with a size less than 3 US or more than 9 US.
**** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
**** We will not cover any potential custom & handling fees charged on packages sent to us not according to our shipping instructions.
**** Please note refusing to release package from customs have additional expenses we can not take into consideration.
Communication
We will communicate with you for
1. any dimensional data of your previous ring to make certain Ring/band.
2. your confirmation in certain stage of the ring making process.
We will send your messages via Etsy Chat or Email to collect the information. If we fail to obtain the information from you in 5 days, we will start to work on the ring. And it is your responsible for any problems

My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by RECLAY.
As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper & cardboard and Yellow for all plastics
What kind of warranty is provided?
For 14K/18K gold jewelry：
We offer a 30-day free guarantee on side stones that fall out, however, we will charge for the center stone if it is needed.
If the side stone falls after 30 days but before 90 days, we will provide the accent stone to the customer for free, but we will charge a repair fee if needed.
For Silver jewelry：
We offer 3 months warranty. It covers non-man-made damage to metal and stones.
Maintenance Tips for Silver Rings
The surface of silver jewelry is gold-plated, so fading is a normal phenomenon, especially for silver rings worn on the hand. Unlike silver earrings or pendants, silver rings are subject to a lot of friction in daily life, which accelerates fading. Therefore, silver rings require more maintenance.
