Do you offer Returns and exchanges?
We do not offer returns for change of mind. Products however have a 100% quality guarantee and can be exchanged if there is a problem.
Where do Airbrush stencils ship from?
All airbrush stencils are laser cut and are shipped direct from the manufacturing facility in Australia.
Why is the shipping cost this much?
The amount charged for shipping is the exact amount charged to us by Australia Post, this is because to get tracking service the stencils must be sent as a parcel and not as a large letter.
International orders similarly must be sent with parcel post not only to get tracking, but also to meet international regulations.
The good news is that it costs no extra to send a dozen or more stencils, so the more you buy the more economical it is.
What material are stencils made of?
All our stencils are laser cut from 10mil Milky white Mylar and can be used over and over again.
Care instructions
Stencils should be carefully cleaned after use with Isopropyl alcohol or acetone.
