Custom and personalized orders
Yes! Many of our items can be personalized with your choice of text, colors, or designs. Please check the product listings for customization options. If you have a custom request that isn’t listed, feel free to reach out to me, and I'll do my best to accommodate you.
Sizing details
Each product listing includes a detailed size guide, so please be sure to check the measurements before ordering. If you’re unsure about which size to choose, I recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit, as some products may run slightly smaller or more fitted.
Gift wrapping and packaging
At this time, I do not offer gift wrapping, but I strive to package every order with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, I do not offer handwritten message cards at the current time. However, in the near future I do plan to offer this service.
Shipping Time
Products are made to order, the production time typically takes 2-5 business days. Once your item is printed and ready to ship, we will send you a tracking number to track movement. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7-10 business days, especially during holiday seasons!
Can I change or cancel my order
Since our products are made to order, we can only accept order changes or cancellations within 4 hours of your purchase. After this time, your order will be processed and printed, and we won’t be able to make any adjustments.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on orders
Due to the custom nature of the product being made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or there was an error on my part (like incorrect personalization). Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to ensure everything is just right!
