This seller's customer service is second to none. I ordered one board that was unfortunately lost by the USPS. I still wanted the board, so I ordered a second and explained the reason to the seller. He took great care to make it right. The board was absolutely beautiful, with the one exception for a huge (missing) knot on one side of the board. I understand and appreciate that the board is made from a natural slab - the reason why I ordered it in the first place - but I do believe a large hole should be filled.
