Frequently asked questions
How do I add my name or date?
Type it in the personalization box before you add the item to your cart. We print it exactly as written, so please check spelling, capitals and the date format.
When will my order arrive?
We make each piece in 1–3 business days. Shipping inside the US usually takes 3–5 business days after that.
What size should I order?
Our sweatshirts are unisex with a relaxed fit. Order your usual size for a classic fit, or one size up for an oversized look. The size chart is in the listing photos.
Can I return or exchange?
Every piece is personalized and made to order, so we can't accept returns for size or a change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or with a print error, message us with a photo within 14 days and we will replace it free.
Can I order a matching Wifey and Hubby set?
Yes. Add one of each to your cart. Each listing has its own size and color options.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not right now. We ship to US addresses only.
