We ship all orders based on availability and the order they come in. We DO NOT offer "rush production." We feel that it is unfair to allow individuals to pay more to have their order shipped first. On another note, we understand the holidays are approaching and we are working longer hours to get orders shipped ASAP. Out typical production continues to be 1-3 days. Although we don't offer "rush production," we do offer "rush shipping" which upgrades shipping to USPS priority. All times are estimated and provided by USPS. We CAN NOT guarantee delivery dates. We strive to fulfill all orders within a timely manner, but have no control over delayed + lost packages.
We generally ship USPS first class, but offer priority for an additional cost which can be found under the "rush shipping" section.
As always, we recommend reaching out to us via Etsy if you have any concerns about not receiving your order by a specific date. We will do our best to meet your deadline!

Where can I find a list of your fabrics?
All of our fabrics can be found on our Pinterest! When placing your order please use the fabric number associate with the fabric along with a description of the fabric!

Custom and personalized orders
To place a custom order simply purchase the shirt style you are wanting & during checkout let us know the fabric you would like along with the shirt color to match! If there are any color coordination issues we will contact you!
I don't see my sorority in the drop down menu. Can you still make a shirt with my letters?
Most of the time YES! Simply select local three letter (or two letters if you have two letters) from the sorority drop down list & during checkout in the 'note to seller' let us know what you would like instead!
If you know that your sorority is licensed and you still do not see it in the drop down menu, please message before ordering.
How long will it take to get my order?
Items are made 1-2 days after the order is placed, if we have the needed size & color. Shipping typically takes 2-3 business days to arrive.
If we do not have the size or color you need it could take an extra week. If you need something by a certain date, please let us know in the note to seller.
