There are a lot of options on Amazon if you search "hanging light cord." Some are pretty basic and some get pretty fancy, depending on what you're looking for. You can also find similar options at your local hardware store, if you’d like to keep your shopping local.

How can I hang my lantern?

Regarding hanging, a basic plant hook from the hardware store will get the job done if you want to hang the lantern from the ceiling. Here are some options that are available if you'd prefer to hang it from a wall. Similar items will also be in the hardware store in the hanging plant area, or you can search "Hanging plant bracket" on Amazon for other options.

Shipping Carriers- USPS vs. UPS

Etsy will automatically calculate your shipping costs for USPS. For cylinder lanterns, UPS will occasionally cost less and deliver a couple of days faster. If it will save you money to ship via UPS, I will do so, and refund any shipping overages you were charged. If you have any issues with me shipping via UPS please let me know by including a note when you order, or shoot me a message as soon as you can after ordering.

For square, hako, and lace lanterns USPS is currently the least costly carrier. They have the best price for boxes up to 12”. Once we get over that size the cost jumps quickly, which is why it can be less expensive to ship cylinder lanterns via UPS.
