What does "embossed" mean?
Embossed means the card is pressed with a raised pattern that you can feel. I emboss all of my cards myself with a small tabletop press. Imagine the wringer from a really old washing machine - it's the same idea!
Can you send a card directly to my recipient for me?

Shipping method is noted in the item description.
Items that ship in a stamped envelope do NOT have tracking information. They typically arrive within a week.
Upgrades are available for first-class tracked shipping or Priority Mail. You can upgrade in the shopping cart (if on a computer) or on the third page of checkout (if using the Etsy app)
Choosing Priority Mail does NOT change the processing time.
All delivery dates shown by Etsy are ESTIMATES. Mail can be delayed by weather, USPS issues, etc. Unfortunately, I have no control over how long it takes USPS to deliver. I do wish I had a magic wand!
Sizing details
Unless otherwise indicated, all cards are A2 notecard size, 4.25 x 5.5 inches. They are smaller and thinner than most store-bought greeting cards.
Cardstock thickness
The type of cardstock used is stated in the item details for each card.
Here's a list of what I use, and some common reference points.
[Regular copy paper - 20 lb, 74 gsm]
Lightweight cardstock - 40 lb, 147 gsm
Standard weight cardstock - 65 lb, 175 gsm
[Most store-bought greeting cards - 80 lb, 216 gsm]
Heavyweight cardstock - 100 lb, 275 gsm
