Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
Pre-made decals usually ship within 1 week. Pre-ordered decals are made to order and typically ship within 1-3 weeks, depending on current volume. Everything is hand-cut with love (and often with a toddler by my side), so thank you for your patience and support!
How do I apply my decal?
There are two application methods that I recommend, depending on your project:
1.) Standard (Dry) Application - Best for most decals. Quick and easy on clean smooth surfaces.
2.) Wet Application - Ideal for larger decals or tricky placements where you may need to reposition and avoid air bubbles.
In short, I recommend the dry method for most decals and the wet method for larger-scale projects.

Standard Dry Decal Application (Quick Guide)
You’ll need:
• Rubbing alcohol
• Lint-free cloth
• Squeegee or old card
1. Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol and let it dry completely.
2. Firmly rub the front of the decal (the clear transfer tape side) with your squeegee or card to ensure it’s fully adhered.
3. Slowly peel the decal away from the paper backing. If any part doesn’t lift, repeat step 2.
4. Place the decal where you want it and smooth it out from the center to the edges, removing any air bubbles.
5. Peel the transfer tape back slowly at a 180° angle. If edges lift, press the tape back down and smooth again.
You’re done - enjoy!
Wet Decal Application (Quick Guide)
You’ll need:
• Spray bottle
• 1 drop dish soap
• Rubbing alcohol
• Squeegee or old card
• Heat gun or hair dryer (optional)
1. Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol and let it dry completely.
2. Fill your spray bottle with water and add 1 drop of dish soap and mix.
3. Peel the decal off the backing and spray the sticky side.
4. Spray your surface thoroughly, then place the decal.
5. Spray the front (transfer tape), then smooth it out from the center to the edges using a squeegee or card.
6. For curved or textured surfaces, gently heat the vinyl and stretch it to fit.
7. Let dry completely for 24-48 hours.
8. Peel the transfer tape back slowly at a 180° angle.
You’re done - enjoy!

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
I do not offer refunds or exchanges on any orders - pre-made, pre-ordered or digital. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
However - if your physical order arrives damaged in transit or there is something seriously wrong, please reach out to me within 24 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and I will do my best to make it right.
Can I apply decals to my car / tumbler / laptop / window?
Yes! These decals work best on smooth non-porous surfaces like glass, metal, plastic and sealed wood. They’re weather resistant and great for cars, water bottles, laptops and more.
Can I use your digital files for commercial use?
No. All digital downloads are for personal use only. You may not resell, share, modify for resale or use them on products you intend to sell - in any format, on any platform.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double check your cart and shipping info before checkout.
How long do digital files stay available for download?
Etsy provides instant access to your digital files after purchase. If you ever lose access message me within your order number and I’ll resend them.
