While rare, some customers may have allergic reactions to certain metals and materials.

If you experience any discomfort or irritation while wearing your ring please immediately discontinue wearing it.

Please also note; if a ring is too snug on your finger it can trap soap, sanitizer, dirt/sand etc and cause irritation that will look like an allergic reaction.

The included warranty ensures you receive a ring free of inlay defects.

The warranty covers a one time repair/replacement per order for inlay defects and does not cover loss, theft, damage, regular wear from daily use or not following the provided care instructions. Damage (including drop damage) will void the included warranty. Broken bands will be considered drop/impact damage.

All requests for warranty work will require return of your ring for inspection. Rings with defects will either be repaired or replaced. Securely pack and insure your return. Loss due to shipping is not covered, it must arrive safely.

For damaged (not defective) rings you can choose between having your ring returned or discounted repair and replacement options.

A use and care guide is included with every order. If something isn't clear please let me know. I use all constructive customer feedback to update the use and care guides.

General care points include;
As with all jewelry and watches; avoid dropping your ring, or contact with sharp and abrasive objects. This includes beach and sandbox sand.

Contact with chemicals; nail polish remover, acetone, paint thinner, gasoline, excessive sanitizer use, chemical solvents etc can/will cause damage to the inlay.

Avoid rapid temperature changes. Going from hot to cold and cold to hot rapidly over time can cause expansion and contraction of the metal and inlay leading to cracking over time.

I ship all orders in tasteful packaging. Boards, trays and coasters all ship wrapped in brown kraft paper. Smaller items (such as guitar picks) all ship in gift boxes at no additional charge. For multiple orders of guitar picks I will reach out to you to see if you would like all of your guitar picks in one gift box or if you prefer multiple gift boxes (for multiple gifts).

I do accept bulk orders at discounted prices. Please message me to discuss your custom bulk order and based on your needs I will propose a wholesale price based on the design. Example bulk order; You would like to order 30 sets of coasters with fly fishing lures cast in rest for resale in your retail establishment.

Please do not use a flexible or fabric ruler to get your ring size. These may work well, however; they are not accurate enough for ring sizing. I've seen them be off by as much as 4 ring sizes!

Please message me with some photos so I can see the damage. I'll be happy to reply with some options on how to repair or replace your ring. With wedding rings you'll have a sentimental attachment. Where possible, I may even be able to repurpose the stones from your ring to return something as close to the original as possible!

No problem! Please message me before ordering and let me know your deadline including any customizations you're looking to make. Expedited shipping is available and in those cases I will also make a special trip to ship your order from the local regional USPS hub.

Thank you for your question! I update the available sizes on my listings to reflect the sizes I have in stock currently. Unlisted sizes may be in stock but not updated on the listing yet or just low in stock. I'm happy to take on projects for sizes I don't have listed.

If you recently moved please verify that your address on Etsy and/or Apple/Google pay is correct before submitting your order!

If you plan on moving while your ring is being made; no problem! I’m happy to hold or delay shipping while you get settled in and get your new address.

Please ensure you're selecting a safe and secure shipping address. Orders where tracking shows delivered but are not received are not considered lost and will not be refunded or replaced. I would be happy to ship with signature required if you have delivery concerns.
