MY STORY

Hi! I'm Lindsey and I'm the founder of LKK Designs, a shop specializing in hand lettered, modern calligraphy products and goods, from coffee mugs to wall art to wedding decor. LKK Designs originally started as a hobby; a way to de-stress from grad school and the woes of being a twenty-something trying to figure out adulthood. It started in a stark, underlit living room of a foreclosed-currently-being-renovated-condo (FYI, still not done). Armed with an iPad, Apple Pencil, and my pit bull, Lola, on my lap, I began writing things from typical quotes to hilarious, "Kids Say the Darndest Things" conversations with my neighbor's child. After much more practice and more equipment (and more credit card debt) LKK Designs became the real thing; a hopeful attempt to spread beautiful hand lettered goods across homes.

MY MISSION

As a future bride, myself, I am planning on crafting wedding signs, menus, placecards, and gifts for the bride and groom. Weddings are a beautiful thing; and handwritten calligraphy can enhance that very special day.

As a home decor enthusiast, I am constantly changing my decor and buying new, pretty items to stock my home with. Now, I want to be the provider of gorgeous home decor in the form of unique, handwritten words in hopes of brightening one's home or giving someone the extra oomph to get things done with a hand lettered coffee mug.
