I'm truly sorry to hear this and I appologise. One thing I have realised from the design process to the embroidery stitching process is that getting a design, unless extremly basic, it never comes out the same. As a result from your feedback, I have removed all emroidery designs from my store as to prevent this from ever happening again. Thank you for your feedback and we will always strive to improve for the satisfication of our customers.
