Order Changes and Cancellations
Please message us within an hour of placing your order. If your order has not yet been sent to production, we may be able to make changes or issue a cancellation.
What is the processing and shipping timeframe?
Processing Times: 1–5 business days.
Shipping Times:
USA: 1–2 weeks after dispatch.
International: 3–4 weeks after dispatch.
Please note: Orders placed after December 10th may not arrive in time for the holidays.
What if my order status says "Delivered," but I haven't received it?
Confirm the shipping address provided.
Check with your neighbors.
Wait 1–3 business days in case the USPS prematurely marked the package as delivered.
Contact your local post office for assistance.
If the issue persists, contact us within 30 days of the "Delivered" status.
Do you replace stolen or misdelivered packages?

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please provide a photo of the issue and contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will offer a reprint or refund as appropriate.
Can I get a reprint if my item is damaged?
Reprints are available for damaged or incorrect items. The original shipping method will be used, and delivery times cannot be guaranteed for reprints.
What if an item is missing from my order?
Some items may ship separately. Check your email or order notifications for shipping details. If an item is confirmed missing, contact us with your order number and the item name.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
Care Instructions for Printed Garments
Wash garments inside out on a gentle cycle at 30°C (86°F). Use a small amount of detergent; do not use bleach. Hang dry inside out, avoiding direct sunlight. If needed, cool iron the garment inside out on the lowest setting with a protective cloth over the print.
