Three Pines Co. came about after I became pregnant with my third baby. I had always referred to My kids as my Pine trees, my forest, because of the meaning behind these mighty trees and the adventures they bring me. The Evergreen pine is universally known as the symbol of life. During the long and icy winter season, the evergreen does not lose its leaves nor its lush dark green color. This tree has the unique ability to withstand harsh winds and up to subzero temperatures. I want to teach my children to be like the Evergreens. Through any hard times life may throw at them, I want to teach them to never lose who they are. That they are strong and can do anything they set their mind to. That they too, can withstand harsh winds and stay true to who they are.
The pine seedling itself is dainty and small but with time will grow into a strong and mighty evergreen pine, as all saplings do. My children, my little saplings, will all grow into mighty Evergreens. I use the Pine tree to symbolize that they can do anything because they are strong, and mighty and of great worth. They are an Evergreen Pine, they are MY Three Pines.
