5 out of 5 starsI really love this case. It has such a cute design which I think will stay fashionable for a while. The shop owner was helpful when I asked him to delay delivery because I was on holiday. The phone case is good quality, and I love the fact that the inner case that secures the phone is clear because the beautiful ultraviolet colour of the phone shows through and I never got to see this before with my old case. The only downside is that the little metal clip/carabineer that is at the bottom of the case fell off on the 2nd day. The screw must have come out of it and I'm unable to find the screw. I wasn't likely to use this to attach the phone anywhere so it's not a big deal. Overall a lovely product and I will buy from this shop again. 100% recommend! 👌🏼😃

My first one lasted years and protected my phone from quite a few clumsy accidents, so I knew I'd get another one once I bought a new phone. Beautiful print and great quality as always. I love the weight of it and how the buttons feel.

Is my delivery estimate guaranteed?
We'll do our best to meet shipping estimates, however can't guarantee them as carriers may have delays especially at peak times like holidays and Christmas.
I am not sure what phone model I have?
The easiest way to check your phone's model is to use the phone itself.
SAMSUNG and GOOGLE phones - Go to the Settings or Options menu, scroll to the bottom of the list and check 'About phone', 'About device' or similar.
APPLE iPhones - Go to the Settings menu, then General and then select About. The device name / model number will be listed for both scenarios.
What is the difference between Slim and Tough cases?
Slim cases provide only scratch protection whereas our Tough cases provide all round protection including help if you drop your phone - although we cannot guarantee no damage will occur.
Are your cases made of real wood?
No, all cases are printed plastic with a design that is made to look like wood or fabric. They are not real wood, fabric or gold!
Can I cancel my order once placed?
You can request a cancellation within 2 hours of your purchase, after that we will probably not be able to cancel your order due to our printing processes.
Will I have to pay any Duties or Taxes?
No. All our shipments are tariff & duty paid — there are no extra fees on delivery. U.S. orders are shipped quickly from within the U.S.
Is wear and tear covered by the Warranty?
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, regardless of the age of the product, but does not cover normal wear and tear.
Common examples of wear and tear that would not be covered under the lifetime warranty include colours fading, abrasions on the case or damage from being dropped.
Do you accept Returns and Exchanges?
Since all our items are printed to order, we’re unable to accept returns – but if there’s any issue with your order, just drop us a message! We’re always happy to help.
What is a MagSafe case?
A MagSafe phone case is a specially designed iPhone case with built-in magnets that align with the iPhone's MagSafe system. This ensures secure attachment to MagSafe accessories like chargers, wallets, and mounts for easy charging and a stable connection. Our MagSafe cases feature a slightly raised area on the back of the case to house the metal ring inside.
