Custom and personalized orders
In order to process your order, we will need some personal information about the reciepient. We will need the YEAR ESTABLISHED, and LAST NAME in most cases. You can provide this information while adding the items to your cart, or in the "NOTES TO SELLER" box at the checkout page.
Care instructions
Care instructions will be sent with every board shipped. In addition, you can view our care instructions below and in any listing in the photos section:
- Cutting boards should only be hand washed.
- Cutting boards should never be submerged in water.
- Dry cutting boards immediately after washing.
- Rub cutting board with mineral oil or cutting board oil (available at your local home improvement store) once every 3 months, or when wood appears dry.
Shipping and Bulk Orders
If ordering more than 10 boards, the discount will automatically be applied when adding these items to your cart. Shipping is free on orders over $39. The discounts are as follows:
10% off on order of 10+ items
15% off on orders of 25+ items
20% off on orders of 50+ items

I've shipped my item to the wrong address! What do I do now?
If the item has not been shipped, I can add a note to your order and change the address before I ship the label if you start an Etsy conversations with me ASAP.
If the item has been shipped, we cannot make changes after the items are in USPS' hands. You can contact USPS to reroute your package.
If the item has been delivered to the incorrect address there is nothing USPS or ourselves can do. If the item is returned to us, or if the item is deemed "Undeliverable as Addressed" by USPS, you can contact us and we will set up a shipping only listing for you to repurchase postage and we will gladly re-ship the item(s).
This item is a gift, will the receipt be shipped with the item?
We do not mail the gift packages with a receipt. You as the buyer have the ability to view and print the receipt through your dashboard, under your "Purchases and Reviews" tab. We will mail receipts with all items NOT marked as gifts.
My item is being returned, Whats the next step?
If your item is being returned due to an incorrect address, no forwarding address, or no mail receptacle, you are responsible for reshipping cost. You also must contact us to get the item re-shipped. All items received back to our shop, but not reported will be securely discarded after 30 days.
