If I have a design in mind, do you allow for custom orders?
Absolutely! We offer custom designs on any item in our shop, including sweatshirts, t-shirts, long sleeves, and more. If you see a design you love but want it on a different product—or if you have a unique idea in mind—just send us a message! We're happy to create something special just for you.
How long does it take for me to receive my item?
Our printers operate on business days only, Monday-Friday, and all orders are processed in the order they are received. Our production window ranges anywhere from 2-5 business days with an additional 2-7 business days for delivery. Please note, that if you place your order between Friday and Sunday, your order will be sent to our production queue first thing the upcoming Monday.
NOTE: While Etsy provides estimated delivery dates, these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. These estimates are based on factors such as recent shipping trends and do not accurately reflect our actual production or shipping times.
During holiday seasons production may take longer than usual, and we are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Do you offer other items other than what is in your shop?
Our designs can be printed on a wide variety of items, including sweatshirts, hoodies, t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, and more. We offer sizes for infants, youth, and adults, so there's something for everyone.

My coupon code isn’t working, how do I get my discount?
Please message the seller if this occurs and we will ensure you get your discount. We will always honor coupon codes.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! When you order three or more items, you’ll automatically receive 25% off at checkout—perfect for family trips, group events, or matching gifts.
If for any reason the discount doesn't apply, please send us a message and we’ll be happy to assist you right away.
My item arrived damaged/defected, what should I do?
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please reach out within 30 days — we’ll gladly send a free replacement or offer a full refund. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re always happy to make it right!
Care instructions
Wash separately for the first wash. For best results, wash your garment inside out on a cold cycle using gentle detergent. Tumble dry on low, use an air-dry setting, or hang to dry. Do not bleach or iron directly on the printed design.
Cancellations
Please reach out as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order. After that timeframe, we cannot guarantee cancellation as all orders are sent to production quickly.
I Ordered the Wrong Size/Color
Because all of our items are custom made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes or colors selected at checkout. These items cannot be restocked or resold, so please make sure to review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
If you ordered the wrong size or color, you’ll need to place a new order with the correct selection.
