I live in Latvia where I am surrounded with amazing untouched nature and rich four seasons with inspiring skies and landscapes every day.
My inspiration process starts with growing peonies in my garden or catching the view of amazing landscapes when traveling.
Nature is the richest color pallet and using oil I am able to give to the painting most realistic and true feel anywhere where the painting have been exposed transferring the richness of every single tone you can find in the nature.
My passion for peonies is love at first sight. In the spring they bloom in my garden more than 50 varieties. These fascinating flowers and delicate aromas are so magical.
It is also known that peonies represent wealth and honor, embody love and romance, and are seen as a sign of success and happy marriage.
