5 out of 5 starsI took my measurements and sent them to the seller, per the item description directions to get the best fit. I also requested custom engraving. The messaging to the seller was efficient and very professional. The item was processed, shipped, and received shockingly fast. I am deeply impressed with the item quality, fit, and look. It is worth well beyond what I paid for, and now one of my most prized outfits of this kind.

5 out of 5 starsWrist and ankle cuff set option 5. Seller was friendly and informative when I needed to ask questions. They answered them quickly and I was able to get what I needed answered. Items are exactly as pictured on the site, which were very helpful in my purchase. The set was as expected and met my expectations with quick and prompt service. Even came a few days earlier that expected. Should I need more restraint sets. I'lll be considering this seller again. Highlight: I'm glad the restraints were not fur lined or filled with all that extra nonsense I see many sets have. Thank you. You made this gift amazing to hold.

1 out of 5 starsI provided the seller with custom measurements, per the product directions, and they promised to include them in the making of the item. The first waist belt & collar I received were too large and the belt did not match another one, in another color, purchased from them with the same measurements provided. They eventually shipped a replacement collar and belt that was the right size, but the belt had ugly little permanent measurement markings all over it. They never got back and I had to open a dispute to get a refund. Getting them to respond to the issues took days and they often didn't get back at all or replied with useless copy-paste junk. I would never buy from them again, despite the wonderful quality of the correct final product (which I never got in this case).

When you informed us that the first set did not fit as expected, we immediately sent you a second set free of charge as a goodwill gesture to ensure your satisfaction. Regarding the marking concern, all of our leather pieces are handmade and temporary tailoring marks may occasionally be present, which can be easily removed. We always aim to resolve any concern quickly and kindly. We genuinely do our best to support every customer and stand behind the quality of our work. Yes. Each piece is handcrafted in our private studio using high-quality genuine leather and stainless steel hardware. Each order is made to perfection — we never mass-produce.

Absolutely. All items are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of the product type or store name. Your privacy is our priority.
Do you offer custom sizing or color options?
Yes! Most of our designs can be customized for your measurements or preferred color . Simply leave a note when ordering or send us a message before purchase.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because of the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 6 hours — we'll fix it immediately.
