My products are made of Wood (plywood of Pine) or Acrylic.

I highly recommend you, in order to preserve the colors and the "surface finish" of the products in the best possible conditions the next:

1.- Don´t use any "solvent" like thinner or alcohol to clean the products. Wipe it with a slightly damp cloth in order to take away the dust.

2.- Prevents the products from receiving direct sunlight. It can affect with the time the colors.

Any extra doubt that you might have please tell me in a Message and I will reply you as soon as possible.

Take in mind this:

1.- I can wrap your package but I can take any responsibility in the way it will arrives. I compromise to wrap it with a plastic bag in order to protect the wrapping paper. I can also include a ribbon so you only will need to place it in the package.

2.- I will give you some options for the wrapping paper to choose.

3.- You can add a message (without character limits) it would be printed with the typography that you choose and it will be in the interior of the package.

4.- When it´s possible you can add a personalized message in the product itself for example the back of the Clock´s, the frame of a Lamp, wooden box or keychain.

Take in mind that any extra work will represent an extra charge. Ask me before you place your order.

No matters if you are looking for gifts my products to your friends or relatives or that you are planning to gift them in an event I can give you a discount that can be from 15% to 50% (any discount superior to 50% can be negotiated). For any discount we need to consider this:

1.- Number of Pieces in total. I consider wholesale a minimum of 6 pieces.

2.- Deadline. Depending of the time that I have to fulfil the order it will influence directly to the percentage of discount.

3.- The product(s) that want to purchase.

For any doubt related to wholesale please contact me explaining the last three points in order to give you a best and fast cotization. The shipping is apart so it won´t receive any discount. It´s only for the products.

All the products can be personalized in the colors, sizes, shapes, etc.

If you want a clock, stained glass, key chain, etc. based in any topic or design that is not available or for sale I can make it without any problem.

Any custom message in the products would be limited by the area of the product. The typography would be chosen by the customer. Offensive messages that threaten hatred against any individual or inappropriate will not be engraved or included under any circumstance in the work.

Any modification in the size, color, shape, etc. would represent an extra cost.

Take in mind that for any personalized order I can take the time that I need and I think necessary.

When you make a purchase in my Etsy store or any other store you are requesting two different services. In one side you have the service of the store and in the other hand you have the shipping service. The shipping company then would be the one in charge to deliver your order. So this means that I can´t take and I won´t take any responsibility for the service that the shipping company gives to you. I can only take responsibility for the product that I am making to you.

The fabrication times depends completely of me. This can be extended for the next reasons:

1.-Excessive workload.
2.- Personal matters.
3.- Problems with third companies. (Shipping services like DHL, FedEx, lack of materials, etc).

The delivery (logistics) of the package is entirely the responsibility of DHL.

The delivery of the package runs exclusively by DHL. Which like any other shipping company is not exempt from making mistakes.

Shipments are not insured. To insure them you must pay an insurance of 12 USD that is extra to the price of the shipment. With this you make sure that if the package arrives damaged DHL will pay you the shipment and/or the cost of the product.

If the package is not insured we can not claim the insurance and neither DHL nor I will take responsibility for the shipment.

Something important to take in mind is the next:

1.- If your total order is less than $500 USD then you will have to pay 12 USD more in order to insure it.

2.- If your total order is more than $500 USD then you will have to pay the 1% of the order in order to insure it.

There are some products that we can´t ensure. For example mirrors. In this case it doesn't matter if we pay for the insurance because DHL will not take responsibility for it.

Sometimes is better safe than sorry.

The shipping prices are from the states or the principal city in your country like the capital. In some special occasions the shippings had extra charges because your zip code is considered by DHL as a Extended Area.

Always that a shipping has this extra charges I will contact you before I shipped your package and I will show you the extra charges that it generates.

Take in mind that if you don't pay me the total of the extra charges I won't ship your package. Because as I told you before this charges are from DHL and their service. They do not benefit me in any way.
