We sure do miss seeing everyone when we’re not on Shakedown, at music festivals and concerts! You know our love will Not Fade Away!

Weir here to provide you with a kind online shopping experience. Please read our Shop Policies and FAQ’s. Reach out to us with any questions or just to say hi. We love to hear from fellow music fans and customers, old and new, and do our best to respond quickly.

Shipping & delivery

Shipping on most business days, we strive to get orders to you safely and quickly. Each of our listings specifies the processing time, however we fulfill most orders in 1-2 business days. Please note that there may be fulfillment delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping holidays.

We typically ship first class mail for packages under 1 lb. weight, otherwise we ship via USPS Priority Mail. We also offer expedited shipping including UPS Air for many our listings. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, please contact us for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time! We are happy to help.

Please help us by making sure your email address and shipping address are correct, so we can communicate with you about the shipping and delivery of your order.

When your order is shipped, we send an email through the Etsy system with your shipping details, tracking number and live tracking interface. When your parcel is marked delivered by the carrier, we send another email with delivery confirmation.

We ship to the address provided from your Etsy payment. If there are any corrections to your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If a parcel is returned to us due to address issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. Parcels will be reshipped at the cost of buyers. Buyers requesting an order to be cancelled due address issues, may be refunded less the cost of shipping, regardless if free shipping was offered in the listing. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order may be cancelled without refund.

We are not responsible for packages that are marked delivered by the shipping carrier yet not received (lost or stolen) or that are not delivered by the carrier. All lost, stolen, and undelivered packages without insurance are the responsibility of the buyers. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact us prior to placing an order. We will do our best to assist in tracking down missing packages, however, we are unable to reship or replace orders purchased without insurance.

International orders

Please contact us about worldwide shipping. International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. For international orders that have been in-transit for over 30 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has otherwise been held up due for customs fees or any other reason.

Buyers are responsible for any and all fees set by the customs office of their country, such as any customs fees and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. Should an international order be sent back to us due to lack of claim we will contact you to arrange a reship.

Returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. We replace or refund items if they are defective, damaged or an incorrect item was sent. We ship the replacement to you and provide you a return label to ship back the original item.

If exchanging for any other reason, buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Items that received free shipping are not eligible for exchange with free shipping. If items received free shipping initially and exchange is not possible, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Eligible new items may be exchanged for same item in another size or color, provided it is in stock. All returned items must be in the same condition as received (unused, unworn, unwashed) and contain all parts and accessories (if applicable).

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please first send us a message. We will confirm and can provide you with an address to send your exchange. With return shipping, buyers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns received beyond our policy timeframe of 30 days may be refused without refund or a restocking fee may apply.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Any order marked as a gift with a gift note attached will be tissue wrapped. We will include your personalized gift note on the packing slip that does not show pricing. Please mark the order as a gift and include the gift note during order checkout. We're happy to help and these are the little touches that will make someone smile!
