1 out of 5 starsNever received item and won’t give me my money back. I waited till delivery time was up. I waited 9 days with the hopes it was still going to come. Never came so I messaged vivabluescom to see what’s going on. Was told it was delivered and then told me it wasn’t delivered but it’s been too late and can’t do anything about it. Bad business!!! Would not recommend this company to anyone!

I haven’t had a chance to shop there yet, but I’m definitely planning to for Christmas – they have some amazing finds! Great quality and smooth shopping experience overall.

I refunded you on the first day. If you have a problem with Etsy, I'm not aware of it. I sent you a photo proving I refunded you on the first day. You're leaving negative reviews here, creating suspicion, and lying. I refunded you on the first day, and you know it. It's very unfortunate that you're shifting your Etsy problem onto the seller.
