Are your products customisable?
Yes, all our products can be customised to suit your needs/brand. We can customised the colour, font, sizes or shape. Please contact us with your customisation needs.
How long does an order take to be made?
Usually within 1 week, but it may change due to our capacity. Please check individual listings.
Do you send preview?
Yes we can send preview if requested. Please leave a note in the personalisation box if you want us to send you a preview. Check your inbox regularly as we will need your approval or we have to cancel your order if there is no response received by the due shipping date.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Delivery times vary especially during busy period eg. Christmas.
For I recommend to pay a bit extra for express service.
For overseas customers, it usually take 7-15 business days with standard shipping, but bear in mind, delivery service can be unpredictable and delay may occur. Once we hand the parcel over to the courier, we have no more control over it, but I will try my best to assist you if there is any problem.
We also offer EXPEDITED COURIER so you can get the item on time.
We advise to order in advance to avoid disappointment.
Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely. As long as we haven't made your order, we will gladly do so. Once your order has been made, it can no longe be cancelled. We also don't accept return on custom order, but please let us know if you have any problem.
