5 out of 5 starsI highly recommend this seller. He was truly excellent. I was a little skeptical because he did not yet have any sales or reviews, but he very quickly and thoroughly answered all my questions about the watch. He even took additional pictures and a short video of it operating. He shipped the watch right away when I purchased it and it arrived in a nice watch box, packed very carefully. Again, I have nothing but positive things to say about this seller. He was excellent. Be aware that the cost of international shipping & the customs fees will likely add a little over $100 to your purchase. The seller is upfront about this in his shop description.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
Yes — if you're ordering from outside the seller’s country, your government may charge import taxes, customs fees, or handling charges before delivery. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and are the buyer’s responsibility. This is standard for international shipping.
Please check your country’s customs regulations if you're unsure. DHL or your local postal service will usually contact you if anything is due before delivery.
What if my package is delayed in customs?
International shipments may take longer to arrive due to customs processing in your country. Once the package has left my hands, it’s in the hands of the carrier and your local customs authorities. I’ll always do my part to provide documents and assist when needed, but I don’t have control over customs timelines.
If you receive a message or notice from the shipping carrier (like DHL), responding promptly can help avoid delays.
Why is DHL contacting me? I already paid for shipping!
Great question — and a common one! The shipping fee you paid covers transportation, but not customs duties, taxes, or import clearance steps. DHL or your customs office may contact you to confirm your address, pay customs fees, or provide basic information. This is completely normal and not a sign of a problem.
Do I have to contact the shipping carrier?
Not really necessary. If tracking shows your package is being processed at a customs facility, that just means it’s being cleared for import. It’s a normal part of the journey. Your item is safe and will continue moving once cleared. Although, if you do want to know more or to speed up the process, you can give them a quick call or email.
Do I need to do anything to help clear customs?
Usually, no — I handle the paperwork and communication with the shipping carrier on my end.
However, in some cases, your local customs office or the shipping carrier (like DHL) may need to contact you, the recipient, for basic information — such as confirming your address, identity, or paying any import fees.
This isn’t a mistake or issue— it’s a normal part of international shipping in many countries. If you ignore those messages or decline to cooperate, it may result in delivery delays, returned shipments, or the package being held at customs.
While I’m happy to assist and will continue following up with the carrier myself, your cooperation may be required to complete the delivery.
Do you ship to the United States?
Due to current US import/customs requirements, standard shipping to the US isn't available through checkout. If you're in the US and really want a piece, message me before ordering — I can arrange shipping for an additional cost to cover this. Please don't place an order expecting standard US shipping rates, as the listed shipping cost for the US reflects this.
