The item itself is great. No issues there. However the customer service was appalling. The seller neglected to inform me that on top of paying $15 shipping, I would have to pay $25 in taxes and fees through DHL. Which is no problem, but my package sat with DHL for weeks, they told me that the seller would pay them. We’ll come to find out the seller then says it’s my responsibility. Ok no problem. I go to pay the taxes and fees and there’s a code being sent to the sellers email. She refused to send me this code and told me “contact DHL to get the email changed” mind you this gift was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I asked her if she could please just send me the code from her email and put it in the chat and she refused. I genuinely was at a loss for words. I would never purchase from this seller again
