4 out of 5 starscoffee mug came right on time. I didn't need any customer service. packaging kept it from being damaged. everything was good. I wasn't a fan of the price, but I understand that they don't sell these anymore. also, I love that these mugs stack with each other. I plan on buying a few more from other places I've lived.

Contacted Jen, she not only replied quickly, she arranged a replacement which just arrived. Shocked when I opened the package, not one glass, but two. Fantastic service especially for this day and age!
