How do you ship internationally and what about custom fees and duties?
I ship internationally via US postal service. Additional international customs and duty may be required. I am sorry that I am not able to calculate this for my customers. The customers are responsible for paying the potential custom fees and duties.

Can we return an item?
I do not accept returns but please contact me within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order. I would gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
