How do you ship internationally and what about custom fees and duties?
I ship internationally via US postal service. Additional international customs and duty may be required. I am sorry that I am not able to calculate this for my customers. The customers are responsible for paying the potential custom fees and duties.

Can we return an item?
I do not accept returns but please contact me within 3 days of delivery if you have any problems with your order. I would gladly accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The extra shipping cost for exchanging would be the responsibility of the customer. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from my shop! I will treat all exchanges and questions case by case.
How do you ship the orders?
I ship via US Postal Service. You have the option to upgrade to priority Mail or Express Mail if you need an item to arrive quickly!
