Our shop will be closing on July 11 at 12:00 noon and will reopen on Monday, July 24. Orders placed from now through July 11 will need to be approved by Wednesday, July 12 for shipment before we close. Orders approved after that time will be processed upon our return on July 24. You may opt-out of receiving a digital proof before printing/shipping.

Frequently asked questions
If I order today, can I receive them by [insert date here]?
Our current turnaround time is 2-4 business days. Even if the expedited shipping option is chosen during checkout, we will still ship your order out within that window of time. If a rush order is required, please contact us before placing your order as rush processing fees will apply.
How long will it take to get here?
We offer standard shipping, which takes an average of 3-5 business days to arrive in your mailbox; however, sometimes delays do occur, and shipments may take longer.
We also offer expedited shipping options - Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days for delivery, but does NOT have guaranteed delivery times. Priority Mail Express takes 1-2 days (depending on location) and has guaranteed delivery times.
Can you print my logo/image?
Yes, we can! Just send us your image using Etsy messaging and place your order (or vice versa).
Where do I send my logo/image?
Before or after you place your order, your image can be sent to us via Etsy messaging or via email to hello@vvixci.com.
Can I see a proof before I make the purchase?
We will send pre-purchase proofs for print-ready images provided to us by the buyer ONLY. If we have to add text, change formatting, or alter the sticker print in any way, we require a $10 deposit OR a purchase of the customized product. The $10 deposit will be credited toward the purchase of your customized products.
Will I see a proof? When will I see a proof?
We send proofs with ALL ORDERS within 24 hours after a purchase has been made. We will send the proof via Etsy and to the email provided with the order.
We will not ship the order until the proof has been approved. If you are on a time crunch, we strongly suggest that you remain vigilant of your messages.
Do you offer a bulk order discount? Do you have any discount codes?
A bulk order for us is an order of 500 stickers or more. These listings can be found in our shop. For orders of 100 or more stickers, we suggest that you place your order at our direct website. Contact us for the bulk discount price breakdown.
I have an image but I'd like to add text as well. Can you do that?
Yes, we can. If you let us know the font, color, and text, we can add text to your custom product. Fees may apply for font matching.
Has my order shipped yet?
When your order is shipped, Etsy sends a shipment notification to the email provided with your order. You can always check on the status of your order by going to www.etsy.com/your/purchases. If your order has been shipped, an option will be available to track your order. If your order is still processing, you will be shown a date by which your order will ship.
