I provide a tracking code and link for every order. It is the buyers responsibility to take notice of the information provided in the tracking page and to be home at time of delivery or schedule some form of pickup. If a parcel comes back to me due to unsuccessful delivery attempts (usually there are 3), at request I can send it again, but the buyer is responsible for the new shipping costs that are involved. I will not refund packages that come back because of failed delivery.

CUSTOMS
The buyer is responsible for any and all import and custom charges. In certain countries ETSY collects the tax automatically, in others not. If not paid while checking out, these import taxes can usually be paid online (using the tracking link) or at time of delivery. The buyer is responsible to know about and pay any charges that apply to the order.
I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
