Payment
I prefer payment through paypal but can also accept a bank transfer or cheque. I will usually ship the same day as payment is received but please allow a few extra days in case I am out of my office.Depending on where you are, prices and time will vary, however it shouldnt take more ten days to most places. I will wait up to 3/4 days for the payment to come through and then ship.
Shipping
I prefer to send items insured and signed for/ recorded delivery which will cost slightly more. If you dont wish to pay for the insurance then let me now but I wont be responsible for any unlikely but still possible postal damage...sorry!
Additional policies and FAQs
I Work out of Bali or India and usually depart around Dec/Jan and stay on average two to four months a year. I go to the east for inspiration, designing, product developing, pattern cutting, material sourcing, fun making etc back to the roots of where my label began.
I can organise wholesale orders any time of the year with a minimum of 20 pieces. If I have the pieces made up already that's fine, however, if I am still in the UK delivery time will be longer. Also, with clothing in mind as I will not be choosing the material myself by hand, sometimes my team in India may not have the exact same colours or prints in which case they may be different but will stick to the same theme and the quality of workmanship will always be maintained.
Where leather is concerned please remeber it is a skin, no 2 pieces are ever exactly the same. I will do my best but cannot guarantee the EXACT same leather.
In general, for wholesale orders of 20 pieces and above, expect up to 8 weeks for delivery.
