SHIPPING METHODS AND TIMES

DOMESTIC orders are shipped by registered priority mail.

INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped
- as registered priority mail if you order a single frame. Please note that priority international mails DO NOT have tracking number just a registration number. You can ask information with the help of this registration number about your package AT YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE.
Shipping takes about 3-10 working days depending on the destination but I can not take responsibility for the delivery time because I have no effect on it (it depends only on the post).

- as trackable courier parcel if you order a sand ceremony set. In this case please give us your phone number in order we can order the courier and they can call you if it is needed. Shipping takes 2-7 working days worldwide.
Shipping cost is calculated by the best available price of many shipping courier companies. Though this best prices may not valid for DISTANT AREAS (i.e. address which are far from city areas). These cases we need to charge you for extra shipping cost (most of the cases EUR 15-20). If you think you live in distant area, we advice you to contact us in advance to provide you a price offer on shipping.

TO FRANCE we only send our products (single frames and sets) via delivery courier as a standard shipping method. Shipping takes 4-5 business days after dispatch.

If the shipping address is in FRANCE or GERMANY, please write us the addressee's phone number because it is needed for ordering the shipping.

Please let me know if you do not receive your package within 15 days.

If you would like to upgrade express service, please contact me before placing your order. I will calculate the cost of expedited shipping and insurance, and if you agree to pay the extra cost, I will adjust the shipping cost in the listing.

I can ship the ordered items within 1-8 working days after you placed the order.

INSTRUCTION FOR THE SAND CEREMONIES:

1. After the sand ceremony please keep the filled sand ceremony frame in upward position in order that the lid stay in its place and can keep the sand into the frame!

2. The glass panels are removable so if you hold up the frame (before and after the sand ceremony) please make sure that the glasses are not move. (Before the ceremony you can fix the glass panels of the SAND CONTAINER with glue in order that they would not be removable anymore.)

1. Can the 2 units of colored sand fill the sand ceremony frame completely?
- Yes, the 2 units of sand will fill the frames completely.

2. Can I use the sand ceremony frames on a destination wedding?
- Yes, of course, you can use our sand ceremony frames on every kind of wedding, on a destination wedding as well. When transporting the frame, be sure it is in upward position after you have filled it.

- What is the difference between Engraving and Engraving+ option?
- If you chose Engraving option we use Monotype Corsiva or Times New Roman fonts for engraving (according to your choice). If you choose Engraving+ option you chose the font for engraving among app. unique 25 designer fonts (see the list among the listing's pictures). If you don not indicate the chosen font name when placing the order we will use Monotype Corsiva font for engraving.
