Custom and personalized orders
We’re happy to accommodate—just send us a message, and we’ll ask our artists to work with you to make your piece uniquely yours.
Please note: Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged!
Exchange Policy (No Returns)
• Exchanges (U.S. only):
U.S. buyers may request an exchange. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, and your replacement will be shipped once the original item is received.
• Returns (U.S. only):
Returns are accepted for store credit only, based on the amount paid. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 30 days.
• International Orders:
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.
Special Cases:
• Items made of 14k gold or a higher karat are final sale and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances due to their material and value.
Conditions for Exchanges
• Items must be sent back in brand new, unused, and unworn condition, along with their original packaging.
• Returns that show signs of use, wear, or are not in their original state will not be accepted.
• Buyers are responsible for a $11 exchange fee, which goes directly to USPS to cover round-trip shipping ($5.50 each way). To proceed, please message us on Etsy to start the exchange process.

Response Timeframe to Messages and Requests
Vance does his best to reply as quickly as possible—even while doing laundry or grabbing coffee on Sundays—but everyone needs a little downtime too!
