Frequently asked questions
When will my order ship?
Due to customization, all items are made to order and ship within 3–5 business days. If you need your order sooner, I offer a Rush My Order option for an additional fee, which reduces processing time to 1–2 business days. You can find the rush listing in my shop.
Items that do not require customization may ship sooner. Feel free to message me with any questions!
What if my package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received?
Once your order is shipped, delivery is managed by USPS. Delays, lost packages, or stolen mail are unfortunately out of our control, and we are not liable for these situations.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we recommend contacting your local USPS office as soon as possible. They may be able to provide GPS coordinates from the last scan to help locate it.
We’re always happy to help however we can, so please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a package is returned to the sender for any reason (including an incorrect or undeliverable address), the customer is responsible for covering the cost of re-shipment. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid any issues.
If you're unsure about anything or need to update your address shortly after ordering, feel free to message me!
Can I see a mock-up before my order is made?
Yes! We’re happy to provide a mock-up upon request once your order is placed. Just mention that you’d like a mock-up in the “Notes to Seller” section at checkout. We’ll send it to you before production begins to ensure everything looks just right!
