I create all my items by hand in my (smoke-free) studio in San Diego, CA at the San Diego Made Factory. Each is one of a kind or made in small batches. I take commissions and special orders when the time permits, so let me know if there is something you'd like that you don't see in my shop. Please peruse my "sold" listings for additional items I can often recreate.

Please note that during the busy holiday season I am often overloaded with custom order requests and often fill up by early November, so please plan accordingly. Custom pet pillows cannot be guaranteed in time for Christmas delivery if ordered past early-November. Also, I can only take a limited number of these orders due to their complexity and juggling holiday shows, my full time job at NAMI San Diego, and keeping up on shop orders during this time of year. SHIPPING: Depending on when you place your order, it can take 2-12 days to arrive (if you are in the US). If you have a particular need for something to be rushed to you, let me know. I always aim to please the purchaser. International orders can take 1-4 weeks. Please note; I am not responsible for customs fees or extra delivery time due to customs delays.

Custom and personalized orders
Yes, during certain times of the year. I can only take a certain number of custom orders during the holiday gift-giving season, so please place your order early so we can assure you will receive it in time. Convo me and I am happy to answer any questions you have :o)
Care instructions
My items are created by hand in my smoke free and hypo-allergenic pet environment. I wash all my fabrics prior to construction. I make my items using the technique of needle felting using loose wool fiber. You may carefully hand wash and air dry your item, but please DO NOT machine wash or dry, or you will risk ruining the needle felted portion of the art, as well as shrinking the fabric. Dry cleaning is also recommended. Needle felted work is recommended to display out of direct sunlight to prevent fading, and away from curious pets who might be attracted to the scent of sheep wool. Hoop art pieces can be "dusted" gently by blowing dust off with a hair dyer on low setting twice a year. Every item comes with care instructions on the tag.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Most every item in my shop will come wrapped in tissue, tied with a bow, with my shop's business card inserted under the bow. It makes for a perfect ready-to-give gift. If you desire something special, or want me to include a hand written note, I am happy to do so. Please leave me a note in the "message to seller" box during check out.
Wholesale availability
Yes! Certain items in my shop are available for wholesale. I am an Etsy Wholesale seller. Send me a convo and I will be happy to forward you my line sheet. And thanks for asking!
