Gift wrapping and packaging
All packaging is 100% plastic-free and specifically designed for use with our products.
Garments will be packed directly into a weatherproof, kraft paper mailing bag.
Mugs will be packed directly into a special smash-proof box.
We do not offer gift wrapping.
Care instructions
For all garments, regardless of brand, style, or printing method, we advise you follow these instructions for washing and drying:
- Wash at 30 degrees Celcius, inside out
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron over print
All our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe.
What is your returns policy?
Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
Whilst rare, products may occasionally be faulty. If this happens, simply send an email or a message with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.
If products are returned to sender due to delivery failure, we will contact you to let you know and arrange redelivery. The shipping costs will need to be paid again.
