    I wouldn’t recommend the Shop to anybody. The customer service was terrible and I tried reaching out to her a few times. I was ready to place a couple of more orders but there was no communication and my items never arrived.

    Thanks for your review! I was very excited for you to receive your custom one pieces but unfortunately USPS is behind on shipping which is out of my hands. You were issued a refund and I am sorry that this occurred and I will be using a different mail courier from here on out. I also want to apologize for my customer service. I don't get my Etsy notifications I have to manually check this account but I did provide my phone number in the thank you message on your order receipt for contact for this very reason.

    I can’t review this item because I never received it. The customer service was terrible With The Shop. I was really looking forward to getting these items that I purchased for my trip. It’s unfortunate that the seller was not able to communicate with me accordingly.

    I’m sorry You feel that way! The fabric is brand new and has never been washed plus I added way more stones after you purchased the set so you may smell rhinestone glue but other than that the items were packaged in a bubble mailer and shipped properly! I don’t know what you expected to smell! Thanks for your purchase!
